Refund policy

 

All of our t-shirts are made to order especially for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To request a replacement or refund:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Include clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.
