1. Order Processing Time
All t-shirts are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer promotional free shipping at our discretion.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:
Check with neighbors.
Contact your local carrier.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement in cases of carrier-confirmed delivery.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item
Photos of packaging (if damaged)
We will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
